PNK Group today is a dynamic development company of full-cycle, one of the leaders of the Russian industrial facilities market.
Within the period of 2003 - April 2011, our company has completed eight projects on the Russian industrial market with a total area of over 565 thousand square meters (about 6.0 million square feet) of class ‘A’ premises. Currently, the overall projected area is more than 1,800 thousand square meters.
PNK Group operates in the 3 largest markets in Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk. Short-term plans include expansion into Ekaterinburg with a plan to construct an industrial park.
PNK Group focuses on different segments: the classic industrial parks, speculative warehouses, build-to-suit projects, and the construction of multi-temperature warehouses. Each project implies the subsequent lease or sale.
One of the main competitive advantage of PNK Group is the implementation of a full range of works: from the concept of the object, analysis of the effectiveness and search for investments to project funding, construction, leasing or selling and a subsequent maintenance.
The strategic objectives of PNK Group are constant improvement of the quality of the implemented projects in order to improve their liquidity, and growth of assets in the portfolio.
Today, our customers are the main consumers of class ‘A’ premises, namely: manufacturing companies, logistics operators, distributors and retailers.
Our top priorities are: the focus on long-term mutually beneficial cooperation and high level of service to our customers, that is possible due to the existence of our own professional management company, part of the Group.
During 2009 PNK Group has put into long-term lease more than 210 thousand square meters of class 'A' warehouse and office space, which, according to expert estimates, is about 50% of the total leased area in the Moscow region.
By 2012 the company's strategy provides an increase in warehouse portfolio up to more than 1 million square meters (about 10.7 million square feet).
