PNK Group to Construct Manufacturing Facility for OOO Servis Katalizatornykh Sistem

The industrial facility will occupy 7500 sq. m. and will be located within a special economic zone. The facility’s manufacturing area will cover 4300 sq. m., while a warehouse and 3-storey office will occupy 2300 sq. m. and 900 sq. m. respectively. The industrial building will be equipped with two overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 5 tons each.

PNK Group will construct the industrial building 80 km to the south of Moscow, in the vicinity of the M-4 “Don” federal highway, within the Stupino Quadrat Special Economic Zone. The residents of the SEZ are entitled to a number of financial benefits. This includes zero tax rates: for 5 years on land from the date of title registration and 10 years for property from the date of its registration. The tax on profits is reduced to 2% for the first 8 years, while production lines and materials can be imported by residents without VAT or customs duties.
