PNK Group completed implementation of two build-to-suit projects in St. Petersburg

Work on two industrial buildings at PNK Park Sofiyskaya KAD (St. Petersburg) is almost complete. The facilities collectively occupy 20 thousand sq.m. and are based on build-to-suit projects, tailored to the clients’ specific requirements.

Both facilities have their own special features, which include for one building – a 2,1 thousand sq.m. three-storey office block with two fully functional canteens and space for a showroom. For the other it is a three-storey administrative block occupying around 1,7 thousand sq.m. partly outside the perimeter of the main building.

The finish of the office blocks was designed for each of the clients according to their particular corporate guidelines. The surrounding areas of both buildings are fitted with large parking lots for both private and commercial vehicles.

PNK Park Sofiyskaya KAD is located 5 km away from the St. Petersburg Ring Road, at the south part of the city, close to an airport and the M-10 Highway. Currently the industrial park encompasses 30 ha ready and available for building construction.
