Two-storey multi-temperature distribution centre on Moscow Ring Road for VkusVill

PNK Group and VkusVill – a network of healthy food stores – signed an agreement to lease a design-built multi-temperature distribution centre with a total area of 108,000 sq. m. According to the agreement, the retailer will occupy the building in two stages: in 2019 – more than 87,000 sq. m, and in 2021 – the remaining 21,000 sq. m.

Part of the distribution centre will have two floors: the working height of the first floor will be 6 m. and that of the second floor – 8 m. The total height of this part of the building is 18 m. The loading and unloading areas of the first and second floors will be completely self-contained – each floor provides docks for trucks and a ramp inside the building will facilitate free movement of the warehouse equipment between the floors. The floor load of the upper floor is designed for high-rack storage – 4 t/sq. m. The space between the columns on the first floor will be 12x12 m., on the second floor – 24x12 m.

VkusVill distribution centre provides for several zones maintaining necessary temperature regimes, including a deep-freeze zone. Also 5 administrative and office blocks with different number of floors with a total area of more than 5,300 sq. m. will be incorporated into the building.

Construction of the industrial building has already begun in PNK Park Veshki, located 0.5 km from Moscow Ring Road along Altufyevskoye Shosse.
