PNK Group will build industrial warehouse facility with an area of 23,700 sq. m for Maersk in Saint Petersburg

On 5^th June 2019, PNK Group and Maersk, the world’s largest container shipping company, announced the construction of multi-temperature industrial warehouse facility with an area of 23,700 sq. m on a plot of 6 hectares. The Time Capsule Laying Ceremony took place right on the site of the future facility.

An industrial building is to be constructed according to an individual project, taking into account all the requirements of Maersk. It will be built on the territory of PNK Park Sofiyskaya KAD located in the south of Saint Petersburg, 5 km from the Ring Road, near the airport and Highway М-10.

According to the industrial building design, there will be zones maintaining certain temperature conditions, including a deep-freeze chamber. The facility will also include two three-storey administrative and office units with a total area of approximately 2,500 sq. m.

The start of operations is scheduled for the beginning of 2020.
