PNK rental Begins Operation

PNK group announces the launch of PNK rental – Russia’s largest industrial real estate investment fund for private investors, which capitalizes on rental payments. The group committed to investing 10 billion roubles’ worth of industrial building assets into the fund already at the starting stage. The fund’s annual assets growth may reach over 10 billion roubles.

PNK rental will incorporate the most technically advanced and highly marketable industrial facilities created by PNK group. The developer itself will continually act as the primary co-investor of the fund and will ensure that the fund has preferential right for acquiring the company’s top facilities, which are already leased out to various Russian and global companies, each operating in their respective sectors of the economy.

The investors’ contributions to the fund will be distributed in equal proportion to all facilities in the fund’s holding. This diversification will offer better protection against any risk to all investments into PNK rental.

The term of validity of the fund is not limited, and while the recommended investment term is 5 years, the latter is discretionary and not limited to any specific length. The target rate of return of the investments into lease of industrial facilities is 11,5% per annum. PNK rental offers two payoff models: quarterly withdrawal of profits or their reinvestment.

The managing company has no plans of opening chains of client offices. Instead, all investor services and interaction will be made available online at pnkrental.ru. The acceptable investments will start at 3000 roubles with no upper limit. The shares of the fund will also become available on the Moscow exchange during the summer of 2020.
