17’700 sq. m in PNK Park Pushkino for Systemair

PNK group and global manufacturer of ventilation and climate control equipment, Systemair, signed a contract, under which PNK group shall construct a manufacturing and storage facility of 17’700 sq. m. in PNK Park Pushkino (16 km from MKAD along the Yaroslavskoye Highway).

The industrial building will be divided into manufacturing and storage zones. The manufacturing zone will occupy about 6’000 sq. m. of the facility, while the storage will take up around 10’000 sq. m. The industrial zone will include a specialized foundation for withstanding increased load. The design of the zone will also be configured for the installation of overhead cranes.

The industrial building will include a 3-storey office block of around 1400 sq. m. Systemair plans to use this facility to hold training sessions for their contractors and clients.

The location of PNK Park Pushkino makes it convenient for retailers, logistics providers, and manufacturers. To new potential residents the Park offers 8’000 sq. m. currently available in an already completed facility and another 16 hectares available for construction of new buildings.
