Detsky Mir to Become First Resident of PNK Park Rostov-on-Don

PNK group and the largest children’s goods retailer in Russia and Kazakhstan, Detsky Mir, signed a lease contract for a block of 6’000 sq. m. in the first complete building in PNK Park Rostov-on-Don. This is the third deal made between PNK group and retailing company. PNK group has already constructed two distribution centers for Detsky Mir in the Moscow region. The two facilities occupy a total of 132’000 sq. m. and are located in PNK Park Bekasovo.

The new industrial building in PNK Park Rostov-on-Don occupies 35’000 sq. m. and is now complete and operational. Work has commenced on constructing a 450 sq. m. office block within the building.

PNK Park Rostov-on-Don is located in close proximity of the M-4 “Don” Highway and within 7 km of the city of Rostov-on-Don. The Park is situated within 20 km from the Platov International Airport. There is currently 29’000 sq. m. available for lease or sale in the complete building of the industrial park and another 83 hectares available for building construction.
