180’000 sq. m. for Vseinstrumenti.ru

PNK Group will construct a facility of over 180 000 sq. m. for DIY marketplace VseInstrumenti.ru in the new PNK Park Domodedovo, where the retailer is to become the Park’s first resident. The companies have signed a lease agreement for 10 years.

The project will be completed in two phases. As part of the first phase, a facility of 94’000 sq. m. will be made available to Vseinstrumenti.ru by spring 2021. The second phase will include construction of an additional 88’000 sq. m. and will be complete by spring 2022.

The first phase will also include construction of a 3-storey office and a customer services zone (purchase pick-up area, service center, testing facility etc.), both occupying a total of 5’500 sq. m. The industrial building will also feature a 2’000 sq. m. area for storage of items that require special conditions. The client company also plans to construct a 30’000 sq. m. mezzanine on the premises.

The new PNK Park Domodedovo, which is to house the facility, is the 33^rd industrial park in the PNK Group portfolio. The Park occupies 276 ha and is located 17 km away from MKAD along the M4 “Don” highway, in vicinity of the city of the same name.
