33,000 sq. m for Trading Company Orion in PNK Park Pushkino

PNK group and trading company Orion, a distributor of household appliances, video and audio equipment, signed an agreement for the construction of a 33,000 sq. m facility in PNK Park Pushkino (16 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Yaroslavlskoye Highway).

The project will comprise of an industrial building and an administrative building, and will be completed to suit all specific needs of the client (the built-to-suit model). The industrial building will include two 3-storey office blocks occupying a total of 2,400 sq. m. The building will be equipped with two types of docking gates: for heavy- and light-duty vehicles.

Today, PNK Park Pushkino holds 8 vacant hectares of land available for construction of new facilities.
